Shootings in american uni

Couldn’t believe my eyes to see on tv that another nutjob has gone on a shooting spree in an american university,why the hell won’t george bush change the gun laws to make it much harder to obtain firearms in the US?I dont understand the mindset at work,for years now I’ve been seeing incidents of american shooting spree’s on tv.Seems to me that any wacko can get a hold of a gun in america.

So how many more mass shootings is it gonna take until the US government toughens up gun laws!?
